Nowearji; a good place, here, now, to sit.
All imagery on this 5 min film was taken on our 50 acre property in the Finniss Valley, Northern Territory, Australia.
This film was made for the Environment Centre NT’s Wild NT film competition with the theme biodiversity and the time limit of 5 mins. To which I exclaimed, ‘I can’t do biodiversity in 5 mins!’ And so, the pace was set....fast.

Phallus multicolor - (misnamed indusiatus on movie)
This movie is a timelapse of the Stinkhorn Fungi, Phallus multicolor, which grows in the wet season in the Northern Territory of Australia. It was shot with a GoPro at 10 second intervals. Lunar Eclipse - 08.10.2014
This series of stills was taken over about 1 and a half hours during a total lunar eclipse, from our place in the Finniss Valley. I used my Nikon D7100 with 300mm lens, then lined them all up in Lightroom, giving the flickering effect.
